The Caves – Jamaica
Located in Negril, Jamaica, The Caves might be the most out-of-the-ordinary all-inclusive on our list. Built into a series of caves in an oceanside cliff, the hotel offers “12 idyllic cliffside cottages, a grand villa, two dining gazebos, private caves, and the signature Blackwell Rum Bar. There’s also a spa, jacuzzi, sauna, private hot tub and saltwater swimming pool, all just within steps of the glittering sapphire sea” according to their website.
Accra Beach Hotel & Spa – Barbados
Overlooking the beautiful white sands of Rockley Beach, the Accra Beach Hotel & Spa “exemplifies the Caribbean Dream,” according to TripAdvisor. The travel website reveals that all rooms offer a panoramic view of the island, pool or ocean. The centerpiece of the three and a half acre property is the large freshwater swimming pool with swim-up bar. The dining options seem to be almost endless, with restaurants offering everything from Japanaese, Chinese, and Thai, to contemporary European foods, to local cuisines. Several nights per week, there’s live entertainment at the Fig Tree Restaurant, which will immerse you in local culture with specialty dinners.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana – Dominican Republic
The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana is so large that it can give space to couples, families, and rambunctious partiers all at the same time. The complex, which one needs to use a shuttle to traverse due to its size, features golf, an arcade, a white sand beach, and numerous pools. The hotel offers music events and Cirque du Soleil performances, as well as free guitar rentals to tie into the Hard Rock theme.
El Cozumeleño Beach Resort – Mexico
El Cozumeleño Beach Resort, located in Cozumel, Mexico doesn’t have the most up-to-date rooms on our list, but it’s all about location (white sand beaches, anyone?) and amenities (full array of water sports) at this all-inclusive. There are several large pools, including one with a well-known swim-up bar, and the hotel is located literally across the street from one of Mexico’s most well-known golf courses.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana - Dominican Republic
The Majestic Colonial Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic is divided in two: a family-friendly area, or an adults-only area for 18 years or older.
